5 Fantastic Outdoor Christmas Crafts
You know what I’ve never done before? Outdoor Christmas decor.
It’s ironic because one of my favorite things to do at Christmas time growing up was to drive around looking at all the Christmas lights. Even on into high school when I could drive myself around, I would still occasionally wander the streets at Christmas looking at the lovely displays.
For some reason, though, I’ve always been completely intimidated by decorating the exterior of my house for the holidays. Not to mention, it can get pretty pricy.
But this year, I actually created a super simple Christmas decor piece for my front porch! It was so fun and easy to make, and it has totally got me wanting to get more outdoor decor together.

I absolutely love this “Joy” sign from Renovating Mapleson Manor. It is so simple to make, yet it makes such an impact. I seriously may have to make one for myself this season!
This adorable string art Christmas tree from Girl, Just DIY would be perfect as either indoor or outdoor decor. I’ve always wanted to try my hand at string art, and Toni has put together a fantastic tutorial on just how to do it.
I whipped up this Merry Christmas doormat last week in no time at all. It was so simple to make and the design possibilities are endless! What better way to greet people this holiday season, then with a cheery doormat?!
This amazing Santa sleigh and reindeer was created by Just Measuring Up. They give you the full tutorial on how to make your own for $20 or less! 
Finally, Megan over at Two Feet First created these amazing Christmas tree stakes. She walks you through step-by-step how to make your own. They are perfect for a porch planter, or you could put a simple base on them, and use them anywhere!
