This healthy yogurt parfait is vegan, gluten free, low in sugar, and perfect for the whole family.  It is great for breakfast, lunch, or an easy snack.

Healthy Yogurt Parfaits

  • 1/2 c yogurt
  • 1/2 c berries
  • 1/4 c granola


  • Layer half of the yogurt and half of the berries in the bottom of a cup.
  • Add another layer with remaining yogurt and berries.
  • Top with granola.


If you are using the Forager yogurt, it is too thin to layer.  You can just heap it all in a bowl or container together.  It will still work if you are wanting to make some and store, it just won't be as pretty or neat.
