Halloween Monster Munch

I can’t believe it.  It’s officially the last day of the Spectacular Summer Blog Hop.  I have had so much fun this summer collaborating with my 10 blogger co-hosts.  I’ve enjoyed reading all of the party tips, testing out new recipes, seeing all of the adorable crafts, and gaining access to so many adorable printables.  I’m sad to see it come to an end, but in just 3 short weeks (or less…), I will be launched into a new chapter of my life as we become a family of four.  And that is definitely something to look forward to.

11 fantastic bloggers have teamed up to bring you fun and inspiration all summer long. You won't want to miss a post!

If you happened to miss any of the fun over the summer, you can find links to everything that has been shared over the past 3 months at the bottom of this post.

For our final entry, Leslie over at From Playdates to Parties is sharing a recipe for her Halloween Monster Munch.  It’s crazy to think that Halloween will be here before we know it, but I know it’s true.  My daughter has been set on what she wants to be for Halloween for about a month now, so I suppose I ought to start figuring out how to put her costume together.

This Halloween Monster Munch is the perfect combination of chocolate, popcorn, and candy. It comes with a free printable, so you can use it as party favors.

Back to the monster munch, though.  I absolutely love popcorn.  I can literally eat an entire bag by myself – even when I’m not pregnant…  Maybe that’s not something I should be putting out there publicly, but hey, it’s the truth.  And this combination of popcorn and chocolate literally has my mouth watering.  I will definitely be trying this one out soon, and I love the idea of using it as party favors for Halloween.  Leslie has also shared one final free printable, so be sure to check it out.

Leslie is the one who put this entire blog hop together, which is seriously so impressive to me.  I’ve been truly honored to be a part of it, and she has been an amazing hostess.  So, here’s one final fun fact about Leslie.

If you could bring one fictional character to life, who would it be and why?

Okay, so ask me tomorrow and I’ll probably give a different answer. But for now, the one that comes to mind is Dr. House. He would probably rip me to shreds and put me in tears within 30 seconds, but I do love witty one-liners.

And that’s it folks!  Be sure to stop by all of the blog hop blogs, as everyone is sharing different tidbits about Leslie today.

Most importantly, don’t forget to hop over to From Playdates to Parties in order to get the full recipe for this Halloween Monster Munch, as well as to thank Leslie for putting this whole summer of fun together.
