Hello friends! I hope you’ve had a wonderful week! My daughter started back to preschool yesterday, and it was amazing and weird all at the same time. It was so strange (and yet, also glorious) to come home to a silent house after dropping her off.
I laid my son down for a nap shortly after we got home, and I literally wandered the house trying to figure out what to do for almost his entire nap. Ha! I have approximately 738 things on my to-do list, but I literally felt totally lost with all of the free time. Hopefully, I can get back into a routine soon, and start using all that time to actually be productive. :-p
So, let’s get this party started.
The party starts on Fridays 7am EST or 11 am GMT and runs until Tuesday. By joining us every week you will be able to grow your blog and gather inspiration from so many others who link up to our party. We hope you will join us every week to share and inspire with your projects and creations.
From bird poop to bottom feeders it doesn’t get any better than this. I love the way that Angie from a Knick of Time repurposed something that really had seen better days into this amazing chalk board. Just look at that lovely detail. Can you guess what it was before?
When a DIY project is no sew it is my favorite Go and check at the Happy Housie how Krista made these gorgeous drapery panels!
My whole family loves smoothies. My daughter has recently started asking for one every day when she gets up from nap, and my husband and I enjoy them, too. It’s the perfect easy, wholesome, and delicious treat. So, I am definitely looking forward to trying out this recipe from Kristy over at Mommy Hates Cooking. I’m thinking it will be an instant hit at my house! Be sure to check it out.
Have you ever wanted to know how to transfer photos or graphics using packing tape? I know I have! I was so pleased to see Chas @ Chas’ Crazy Creations sharing an easy way to do this! I plan on showing my craft class this technique! Please stop by this site to see how it’s done!
Have you ever been to Wisconson? I haven’t but if I ever make it there I will be sure to visit the Paine Gardens. Amy of Amy’s Creative Pursuits takes us on a tour of the outside and it does not disappoint in the least.
And can you believe it?! We had a tie for the most popular post this week. One was from Debra over at Shoppe No. 5 and the other was from My Bright Ideas Blog. Be sure to check them both out and send them some love!
