Welcome back! I can’t believe this is the final post for the first month of our Spectacular Summer Blog Hop. Is it just me, or did this month fly by?!
If you are just now joining in the fun, I have teamed up with 10 other fantastic bloggers to bring you inspiration all summer long. We are sharing recipes, DIY projects, party ideas, printables, and more. So, be sure to check in every Monday and Thursday throughout the summer for tons of fun ideas!
Today, Sarah from Flourish and Knot has created a piece of string art in the shape of a maple leaf for Canada Day. (Little known fact: I actually have family ties to Canada. My maternal grandmother is from Canada and still has family living there today.) I absolutely love string art and have been wanting to give it a try for quite some time now. Sarah gives a great tutorial for how to accomplish it, and she makes it sound so easy. I may have to try my hand at it very soon! Seriously, how cute is this?!
Want to know more about Sarah? Here are some fun facts:
What is your favorite song right now?
Anything by the Swedish trio Dreamer’s Circus.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Other than my happy family (!), the success my students enjoy in my music programme!
If you had a warning label, what would yours say?
Bursts into song at the slightest provocation.
Haha! As a fellow musician, I can certainly relate to that last one. 🙂
All of my fellow co-hosts are answering different questions about Sarah today. So, be sure to hop around to all of the other blogs for more fun facts.
